This app is designed to work with the ELM327 bluetooth OBD dongle and the OBDLink MX Bluetooth adapters.
The bluetooth adapter needs to be paired to your phone or tablet before using the app. The adapter also needs to be plugged into the vehicle before starting the app. Once the app starts, it will automatically connect to the bluetooth device. For the OBDLink MX Bluetooth adapters, you will need to press the little button on the front twice, the little blue light will flash rapidly, before starting the app.
When you start the app for the first time, go to the set up page (wrench in the upper right hand corner) and configure the graph and gauge settings to display the signals that you want.
You can setup the app to view the following OBDii PIDs (if your vehicle supports them) updating in real time:
-Engine load
-Coolant temp
-Fuel pressure
-Manifold pressure
-Engine RPM
-Vehicle speed
-Timing advance
-Intake air temperature
-Mass air flow rate
-Throttle position
-Fuel level
-Barometric pressure
-Ambient air temperature
-Load value
The following GPS data is also available:
-GPS Speed kph
-GPS Speed mph
-GPS Altitude
-GPS Bearing
